When will my order ship?

When you place your order, you will get a confirmation email. Once the order is packed and ready for shipment (1-3 business days), you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.Usually, you can receive your package within 7-15 business days after we ship it, depending on the courier service.

Any additional taxes or fees? 

We do not collect tax on any orders.

How do I track my order?

After the shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, and you can check this tracking number on our order tracking page.

How can I cancel my order?

If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be edited or cancelled. If it’s a business day, please cancel the order before 10:30 AM EST, as orders on business days are shipped after 10:30 AM EST.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives with visible damage to the box, refuse delivery and notify us by emailing.

I have received defective or incomplete item.

If you have received an item that is not to your satisfaction, please contact Customer Service.

I returned my items, when will I receive a refund?

Once your return is received, we will begin the refund process and a credit will be issued within 3 business days.
